Dear God,
The wonder of Your Creation
Leaves me in awe.
Truth be told, that Your
Glory will shine the whole earth
Giving Light impenetrable
To the lost and in darkness
So that they may see and be
Secure in the flawless redemption
And firm security
Given freely to them.
Though the curse that was found
In my being,
That was where the cross prevails,
Where His unfading Beauty and
Righteousness
Be exchanged for my sins
In the Saviour's unending love.
You are the One for me
My everlasting God
My first love,
My everything.
Though darkness may
Cloud my heart and mind
Yet Your
Perfect Peace reigns fully
Where no confusion nor afflictions
Can be replaced by it.
Wondrous that You are
To come down from heaven
To meet me face to face,
Forever You are my Heaven
And more than You could
Ever be, and to be described of
Your Sovereign Nature
Far more and higher
Than my finite understanding
Could I ever perceive.
I'm in love with You this moment,
This forever.
✝️You have set me free. Free from myself.✝️
